The Columbia County Real Estate Guide is the most widely distributed publication in all of Columbia County. Our distribution team regularly stocks over 380 distribution spots each month. This ever-expanding distribution route spreads over all of Columbia County, into Rensselear and Berkshire Counties
and Connecticut.

In order to keep the content of our Guide current, we promise to have the newest issue out to the public by the first of each month. With this promised goal in mind, our entire team works diligently from start to finish in order to fulfill this commitment. Our dedicated distribution team has literally worked through rain, sleet and snow to assure the most punctual deliveries possible. And, no sooner do they get the first round of Guides distributed, then they are back out restocking the racks again.

Our distribution points not only include places like grocery stores, diners and banks, but upon request, our individual advertisers also receive adequate supplies of magazines delivered right to their door. From the North on Route 7: South on Rte. 7 into Pittsfield. Pass the North Street split to stay on First Street for 1 mile. Take a Left onto Fenn Street, then turn Right, before the Post Office onto Willis Street. Our office, is located on the immediate right (on the corner) as you turn onto Willis. We share entrances with Berkshire Travel.

From the South on Route 7: North on Rte. 7 into Pittsfield. Coming to the rotary in the center of town, take a right onto East Street and then left at the first light onto First Street. Take a right at the next light onto Fenn Street. Take another right onto Willis Street, just before the Post Office. Our office, is located on the immediate right (on the corner) as you turn onto Willis. We share entrances with Berkshire Travel.

From the East: Take 9 west to 8A. 8A turns into Dalton Ave, which turns into Tyler Street. Come to the intersection of Tyler and First Street. Take a left on First Street. Go through 3 lights and take a left onto Fenn Street (the fourth light). Turn Right just before the post Office onto Willis Street. Square One Design/Homebuyers Publications is located on the immediate right (on the corner) as you turn onto Willis.

From the West: East on 20 into Pittsfield. Take a Left on North Street. Come to the rotary and make a right on East Street. Immediately Turn left onto First Street. Make a right at the next light onto Fenn Street. Take your first right onto Willis Street, just before the post office.
